Les Oilers ont joué certains de leurs meilleurs hockey de la saison au bon moment, mais l’entraîneur-chef Kris Knoblauch a admis qu ‘«il y avait certainement une certaine incertitude» quand il s’agissait de savoir si l’équipe serait en mesure d’atteindre le niveau dans lequel ils se trouvaient actuellement. Knoblauch a également parlé à Ryan Rishaug de TSN de la façon dont ses gardiens de but ont géré leurs situations et comment il utilise son temps à bon escient pour se préparer aux Jets ou aux étoiles au prochain tour.

Hope they dont slump after a little break? I should hope not. 82 games and the potential 14 more to get to this point… and you have to have a reminder not to slump? OMG. Just heal up as much as possible and come out on full roar mode… keep shutting down the opponent offense so the goalies can have confidence and wait for those mistakes of the opposition and then pounce.

some of the players that were missing the net are hitting the net more lately – so can keep practicing the shooting. also need to keep reminding the team to skate vs coast so are on the right side of the guys in the slot/ in position vs 3' away watching. just keep doing this
