I doesn’t matter if he enjoyed being in Vancouver or not he quit, he left
Tocc fulfilled his contract and now he's moved along to another one. He has his own reasons for doing so, as is his right.
The Canucks have to move forward, and those grumpy fans should too. Wish him all the best!!
Embrace the hard
He’s from down east. He played in Philly. He had a chance to go back east and coach the team that really gave him his shot as a player, so he took it. I can’t blame him for that. If Trevor Linden got a job coaching in Montreal and then a job opened up in Vancouver, would you blame him after finishing his contract there for coming back here? If he’d left after last season, because he still had a year left, you might argue he’s a quitter. But he didn’t. He fulfilled his contract and was released by management from his option. That’s not quitting. He had no contractual obligation to return.
When philly is in town the fans should chant "quitter"
If you don't wanna stay in this great city, then don't. We won't miss you.
He QUIT the Canucks and Vancouver
Hard not to think you're a quitter when the team offered you a huge contract and wanted you to stay. Most times when a coach leaves it's because they are fired or there is a mutual agreement to part ways. This was an unrequited love. Van wanted him but he didn't want them. Pretty simple.
Cmon, his dream job becomes available
In Philly
I would leave too
Vancouver had a whole year to resign him
Thats one Management
They stink
Quitter.
He still quit, that makes him a quitter. But whatever helps you sleep at night Toch.
He is a quitter though, things got hard and rocky and he quit. He used Vancouver as a stepping stone won a Jack Adams and quit its as simple as that. Coaches don’t do this, how could he treat Jim and this management like this? They gave him another coaching job and he spat in there face .
Totally un loyal to a management group who gave him another shot and not only that waved there 1 year option. He’s a scum bag simple as that, screw Rick he’s the enemy now! He’s a quitter that’s exactly what he is.
He was a quitter.
