9:26 This is one of the greatest goals I’ve ever seen. Sasha Barkov is like a bigger, stronger, more naturally talented version of Patrice Bergeron, with a better team around him too. It’s terrifying.
It’s interesting how in some arenas the fans all stay for the trophy presentation and in others like this one they all leave. I remember when the Bruins won the Stanley Cup in 2011, the arena in Vancouver was still totally full for the trophy presentation. It seemed like not one fan left. I remember because I remember thinking how odd it was watching the Bruins players raise the Cup in front of a Canuck’s fan dominant arena. Anyway, maybe it is just another example of how Canadians have more class and decency than we do. I’ll have to look at other presentations to see what the norm is. Not to mention it is the Cup vs the ECF.

When Bob is on…he’s on!! He reminds me of a younger Martin Brodeur in the payoffs with his composure under fire. It’s why they won 3 Stanley Cups in 9 years… and haven’t won or even gotten close to diddly since he retired. Bobrovsky is the only Goaltender in the last 10 years that can hold a candle to Brodeur, he’s that good and I can’t wait to see him in his 3rd consecutive Finals
