I knew he would win this. Even though the Caps didn't go on in this year's playoffs Spencer did a great job with the time he had. Maybe next year will be the Caps' year!🎉

On his big night he's telling other people to enjoy it. Thats unusual and look into his selfless mind which seems to be where his power as a coach comes from. His high empathy and understanding of non-linear processes. How things affect other things like a ripple effect. It's like he has an eagle eye view instead of being stuck in his own head.
