Why would any player want to play in Toronto and subject themselves to this kind of daily abuse when they are one of the best players in the league. He didn't create the cap and Leafs make a ton of money by not being able to pay for the best talent…which they can afford to pay for as one of the most financially successful sports franchises in the world. It's just a totally rigged league and even with it, Leafs ended the season winning their division. Such a shame to do this to the biggest fan base in hockey. It stinks.
