Went to a Bruins YouTube channel to see what their thoughts were and they had the Bruins getting the first overall pick, Barzal, and Dobson in this trade, which is some of the most insane mental gymnastics I’ve ever witnessed. I’m guessing the devils lettuce is legal in that state because that’s the only logical explanation.

Why do the islanders want to move on from dobson if he's so good and valuable?
It's funny how these 'rumors' get started. Some wannabe GM content provider 'pitches' a trade idea. The next CP picks it up and turns this 'pitch' into a rumor. The next thing you know, headlines are blaring "Top Islander players linked to trade with Boston".
It's hilarious, in a sad way.
Dobson for Geekie and the 7th pick would not be a bad trade Geekie is 26 and just put up a 33 goal Season and was +3
How in the world does the #7 pick get you Hagens ? He could go 3-6. Then what ?Hagens would have to slip to 4 or 5, and then you’d have to make a 2nd trade of 7 and more to get up to 4 or 5, maybe even 3. Doesn’t make sense. Trade Pageau and hope to get an extra 2nd round pick.
