  1. Sabres fans — you’ve been through it all. From “No Goal” to no playoffs… for over a decade. What moment broke you the most? 😔

Let’s see how deep the scars really go. 💬🦬

  2. I genuinely think the Stars broke the Sabers

Also now would be the perfect opportunity to intertwine the two by making a Dallas fan video. Because at this point, it feels like we're also cursed by the 99 cup win, just in a different form.

We get oh so close to the cup, and we can never get over the top. We never have enough to make the dance, or finish the job. The ghosts of 1999 haunt us with the controversial goal that gave the lone star state its lone stanley cup.

  3. Idk what to say about the Buffalo Sabres anymore there just not a good team they got young talent like Dahlin, Jack Quinn, and Tage Thompson but the whole team just isn't there

The last time they made the playoffs I was 7 and I didn't even know what Hockey was and now I'm 20 and in college rn

The only thing I can say to the Buffalo Sabres is hope things get better

  4. As a Buffalo sports fan, this isn't uncommon, and it’s always hard to root for a team when it's located in the unluckiest city in sports history (or just in general history)

  5. I LOVE the misconception and BULLSHIT On the skate in the crease call ……… this was proven both teams knew this was the correct call ….. both. Teams were given notice of the change …… so zero need to cry about it anymore other then YOU LOST !!!!!!!!!

  6. Hey, as a Panthers fan, we can thank Buffalo for seemingly half of our Cup winning teams but before this, we were as much of a joke as the Sabres were for years.

But Reinhart turned into a star here

  7. My home Buffalo has been cursed since William McKinley was shot&killed at the Worlds Fair here.. think its a coincidence Buffalo Braves had trouble getting a place to play at? The owner lied about their wealth an had to sell the team, just when they had a team that was improving.. Randy Smith won MVP in 1974, Bob McAdoo was a scoring machine, they added Adrian Dantley too!
Buffalo Bills… OJ disgraced upon retirement, 90-93 4falls, firing Bill Polian, benching Doug Flutie for Rob robosack Johnson in 1999.. didnt make playoffs until 2017.. trading the pick that was Patrick Mahomes, now 0-4 vs KC in playoffs..
Buffalo Sabres im shocked you didnt bring up Final vs Philly 1975? with the foggy ice either! My elders will forever be upset about that
Buffalo also could have drafted Leon Draisaitl they chose Eichel (who is excellent an did lead his team in assists during Stanley Cup win) but that is seemingly ignored for some reason

  8. The problem with buffalo is not the players but the management. If the managment let jack eichel get surgery, he would probably still remain on the sabres

  9. It sucks to be a fan of any team in Canada at the moment. 32 years with none of them winning the Cup – odds are something like one-third of one percent of that even happening. I'm not convinced there's not something funny going on behind the scenes preventing certain teams from winning..or at least making it extremely difficult. The league has certainly shown favoritism towards certain teams.
