  1. Hagens?? Why? B’s should take the risk on “O’B” or McQueen. They have other assets (picks), players to package for other players.

  2. If they are there I would do this order … hagans, martone and McQueen . I don’t want O’Brien. He is smaller built and the fancy stuff don’t work in the nhl . Zac hamil all over it

  3. Brazal and dobson I may bite on. Besides McAvoy bruins are weak on the right side. And brazal would help in scoring.

  4. According to most mock drafts, the #3 through #6 picks are likely to be (in some order) Martone, Hagens, Desnoyers, and Frondell.
If one of those four players drop to #7, then that player should be Boston’s selection.
I think the tricky scenario is what does Boston do if those four players are already selected when the B’s go “on the clock”.

  5. Sorry but I would rather a several guys before Hagens. Desnoyers is supposed to be the most like Bergeron. Best of all worlds, big, fast, high hockey IQ.

  6. This love affair you have with Hagens is puke inducing. Gross. Hagens is not that great a player and he’s a shrimp

  7. Lohrei's deal is going to be a bargain. He was pushed into having to play too high in the lineup. IMO he's going to improve with better coaching, and being put back on the 3rd pair for the next couple years. His best days are ahead.

  8. Dump the 7th pick for an impact roster player.
Bruins have new scouts in Europe and russia, just brought in an undrafted czechia goalie…
We don't need to limit ourselves to the chosen ones in the NHL draft to develop

This draft isn't worth it, there's nobody within Bruins reach that's going to be a generational player or more than a second liner

Get rid of this pic. Bring in something good

If we can get our hands on Hagen –
    Trade him for
    Noah Dobson.
Chara mentored him on the Islanders his last season.
should be able to get at least a little bit of a discount,

Chara's a realtor, he can throw in a house instead of a signing bonus

  9. The 1st pick and Zacha for Barzal would be all time. Hell throw in a prospect to sweeten it if you have to. He immediately solves our 1c for the next 5 years at 9 million in his prime while we have the money to cover it. All our big names are paid for the next several years. Allows younger guys like poitras to get comfortable in the lineup without having to worry about filling the 1C spot anytime soon. Is it a pipedream? Maybe but if its on the table go for it

  10. If Sweeny goes off the board as he is prone to do, I hope he selects Carter Bear…..the name works but more so his play mentality works better. Here is what Elite Prospects says about him, which sounds like a Bruin to me. "Bear leaves nothing to chance. No matter the size of the opponent, the score, or the situation, he enters every battle with speed and never concedes an inch. Bear’s playoffs-every-night mentality also powers his offensive game. He powers through contact to get to the net, relentlessly battles in the slot for tips and rebounds, and dominates play from the hashmarks and in. "
