God I wish the team would dump Allvin and Rutherford. So much of the drama regarding players seems to be caused by them directly with their constant remarks of trading franchise players for short-term gain. I have a feeling they're going to trade off two great young guys in Silovs and Mancini and get essentially nothing in return.
Going to miss him in Edmonton.. we gave him a second chance and he did well for the oilers !

Oilers fan here, thought I’d hate Kane but actually grew to like him as a person and a player. He’s healthy now as well. He’ll play hard for the home fans. Only draw back is stupid penalties. If he sorts that out you guys won’t be disappointed.

One of the best off season pick ups, great job guys and it's only 5M with the cap going up. But PLEASE for the love of god, get Darnell Nurse and pair him with Myers, we will have giants as our 2nd pair
Do not sign Boeser, he is so dang slow, he will slow down Pettersson and Hughes even more. Also let Suter walk, he isn't worth more than 4M

Lots of people don’t get the move i see. It cost basically nothing, 5 mln isn’t bad in today’s cap (more like 4 from past years), and it’s 1 year so carries no term risk and they can walk away for free next year if it doesn’t work out. All teams need the physical competitive guys, would be a bunch of push overs if not.
I love how the media says oh Vancouver needs to take risk and gambles this year to improve the team like the capitals did last year. We do that every one is upset. We gave up a fourth round pick for a guy who gets 20+ goals a year. He’s also on a one year contract so even if he doesn’t work out he’s gone. Low risk high reward here
