The game that you were talking about where Dunham replaced Brodeur when the Devils won on a shutout was against the NY Islanders on November 9, 1996. Dunham was only in for 41 seconds. The only reason why he was in was because Brodeur had an equipment problem. And I was at that game.

I live in a state with no income tax. They get their pound of flesh through sales tax and property tax. The thing thats different is you save 14% up front but will choose based on where you reside and what you buy how you are taxed. Its a difference but not as big as you would think there are studies on this you can look up. The real difference is lifestyle Vegas and South Florida are nice places for wealthy young men. If I had a choice outside of home it would be in one of the markets like a Florida/Tampa, Vegas, Anaheim etc. Living in Edmonton would suck unless they overpaid for my service.
Fitz gave up because it wasn't just Jack. It was Dougie and a couple others including Markstrom. Fitz spending doesn't get us to the cup this year. It was a Greek tragedy of injuries. You may not like it but its a fact.

It’s mind blowing how we beat Panthers twice on their ice . Ok , those were not very meaningful games but still . I believe there’s such thing as inconvenient opponent even for the best team . Who knows , maybe we are the one for Panthers and most likely are for rangers . And Canes are definitely our inconvenient opponent . I hope we don’t play them again in the first round .
