As a Leafs fan, I wish him well. Our fan and media is insufferable and I don’t blame him for leaving. Think he’ll do fine. He was never a guy that’s your first option. And I think too many people expected that out of his despite having Matthews there. If he wasn’t in Toronto I think he’d have a much more positive reputation as far as fans go. My only problem with him is wanting to be paid 12 million a year to be a second/third option.
