Losing Janmark means losing more speed.
If theres a better replacement out there at the same price point as Janmark then ya go trade him then but I don't think there is. Janmark at 1.4 million is not an issue
other than top 10 draft picks can anyone name any oilers developped players? I can name a BUNCH that we developped until they were 21-23 and then trading them away for an aging 3rd or 4th line guy and then going and watching these guys become actually something decent… its so fkin frustrating

Can't believe I need to say this, Janmark should NOT be traded, he's not a problem. Dude's a playoff warrior and not on an unreasonable contract. Game 7 last year, who scored Oiler's only goal? He's not perfect but 1.4 isn't bad. Hope he stays. I know it's the off season but seriously do you guys and David Staples plan to go after a certain player each year? Mildly wish Ardvisson wasn't traded so you losers would still be focused on complaining about him.
