I just don't want to see Dougie traded for another Defensemen. You might as well keep him then. As far as the Mammoth go, Nick Scmaltz (60 pt player last 4 years) and a prospect might be interesting.

Dougie won’t be traded unless it’s for a top 6 forward included. Not interested in draft picks or another defenseman.
Fitz should sign Jack Roslovic sometime in the next week. Figure out cap issues in the upcoming weeks.
If he does get traded, i feel like it would be for picks that fitz would use as trade bait. I dont see us getting a top 6 winger. His cap hit is too high, we cant afford to retain any of his contract, that would be pointless. It would just be a cap dump.
Hold Dougie until the TDL. Sign Hughes to a 2-3 yr bridge deal. Buyout Palat if you can’t find a trade partner. Unless you get a top line winger, keep Dougie
If he moves—imo— it’s for QUINN or JASON ROBERTSON, possibly ALEX TUCH. KYROU is a long shot.
