Another topic people haven’t addressed is there’s a real possibility Edstrom doesn’t come back the same as what he was before because of the injury opening a LW4 spot. Realistically parsinnen will get a realistic shot at earning the 3c role. He’s only one season removed from being a prospect/young player Nashville was extremely excited about before they signed stamkos and marchesault causing the whole lineup to change drastically leading into one of Nashvilles worst seasons in recent years hurting the young guys playing time. Also idk where the concept of him not being a physically player came from because the small sample size of playing time he got he was forechecking and getting involved physically which is all we have to go off of.

Trichek played 3 rd line center on 4 nations challenge because of the stacked roster!!! He is not the rangers 3rd line center!
Vinny is a leader, plays with heart and deserves to be 2C. If Mika doesn’t like it, he can waive his no trade. To improve the culture, the better players need to be rewarded regardless of their contract.

Here's the thing about Trochek:
I believe it was Brian Boyle or Larry Brooks who brought this up, and it's something many Rangers fans I know, and I, noticed about Trocheck.
Trocheck is not the same player when he's getting 24 – 24 minutes a game, as he is at 16 – 17 minutes.
He visibly becomes slower, noticeably less aggressive, much less effective and worn down; with too much time.
He's getting older. So will he adjust, address and improve his conditioning and stamina, this off-season???

Nothing at all to do with himself. (President & GM). I would of hired Joel Quenneville. He himself didnt commit the acts. You wouldn't even talk to him, but you have no problem flying those rainbow flags. Makes alot of sense. Just like the boy on boy books you support in elementary school libraries.

Parsinen is just a depth center or wing when there are injuries. They didn't resign depth forwards Reilly Nash and Alex Belize so he just replaces them. He didn't play that good with the Rangers to stay in the line up. Just because they signed him doesn't mean he will be the starting third line center, he has to earn that and I don't think he will. The way Brodzinski played last year especially at the end of the season. He scored 12 goals and on a pace to score 20 so if he can play that way this year he will win the starting third line center job this year because they didn't sign one. I would got rid of Soucy and signed Gaudette for 2 mil as my bargain third line center and they would have still had 2 mil to get a better defensive man than him. Gaudette would rather be playing for the Rangers than the Sharks he was someone than could have afforded this year if Drury admitted he made a mistake getting Soucy and except the loss and got what they could for him
Juuso has talent I always like this kid just can’t get a break.. he is a good playoff kid. Also he was the 1st off-season signing.
He is the only one who jumped in when Fox was getting pushed around in front of the net he skated right in and dropped the gloves and started throwing punches while the other four clowns just watched so in my book this kid gets a star

Trocheck should be the 3rd line center , he’s perfect for that position.
I haven't seen Brodzinski in any of the "Mock Lineups"… and let's be honest, he was one of the few bright spots last season once he was given a chance to play on a consistent basis. Has a nice shot and likes to SHOOT the Puck!!
