I love my Red Wings #1. But I have a hard time calling Detroit hockeytown. Especially when you haven't sniffed a playoff game in 9yrs. Get playoffs absolutely hockeytown.

I would not trade for him and give up assets if he truly wants to come back home and start his family when his first child is born in March then get him in free agency
Yzerman, should be all over the opportunity to sign Connor in 2026-2027. There will be many clubs wanting to sign him.
