I like the idea for a 2 game series against only division opponents
I would like to see the bottom 4 teams from the east and west go into a playoff for the first overall pick. No more tanking, while adding revenue to the bottom teams.
I would like to see a fifth referee that is not on the ice, as the head reference. They can start reviewing penalties, off sides, goals, and missed calls before a review maybe requested. They can also give heads up to the referees on the ice of missed calls.
I like the idea of a time limit on reviews
They need high frame rate cameras in the net, and facing the net. The goal that Fetts scored but the goalie pulled his glove out would have shown evidence of it crossing the line if they had more frames to review. If they are shooting 24 or 30 fps, or even 60, it isn't enough. They could put 240fps cameras and solve a lot of goal reviews much more quickly, and the same would apply for offsides if they had higher FPS cameras at the blue lines.
