when i was a kid once upon a time, the hawks were my favorite team and mtl was my sister's team-well it ended badly for me most of the time even with makita/the hulls/esposito but one good thing came about is because of "tony 0" i became a goalie and still trying to play till this very day….
I like that “Throw Back” Bobby Hull jersey.
Mikita was a magician. He was far ahead of his day
He was a Blackhawk?
Marty Turco
I always liked Keith Magnuson. He kindof skated funny and might not have put up the greatest statistics, but he was an iconic Blackhawk.
As a lifelong Hawks fan, I have no problem with this list. Just a couple of others…Antoine Vermette was a Blackhawk for only a few months, but is the only player in Hawks history to have scored two Finals game winners in the same Final. Another is Bill Mosienko, a good player for a long time with some horrific teams.
Marian Hossa was so integral in the 3 Stanley Cup wins cementing them as a dynasty
All time top guys have to start with future Hall of Famers who have won the most(3) Cups. Kane, Toews, Keith, and Hossa. The only others to crack the top few from earlier teams are Mikita, Hull, Hall, and Pilote(3xNorris trophy, consecutively), all Cup winners and Hall of Famers. Savard was a 'me first kind of player' who's only cup was won by Montreal as he sat out the final games injured. Tons of Honorable Mentions, you can put Savard on that list. Larmer, T. Esposito, Belfour, Bentley, Stapleton, White,(those two helped save Team Canada summer '72. Sitting out the game one Soviet massacre then playing the next 7), Sharp, Seabrook, and Hjalmarsson. And maybe Pippen, Martin, and D. Hull.
My All Time Blackhawks Starting Six:
Goal: Tony Esposito
Defense: Duncan Keith – Doug Wilson
Forwards: Bobby Hull – Stan Mikita – Patrick Kane
Great video. Huge Blackhawks fan from Canada.
And that jersey is awesome

Denis Savard is the only player in the Hockey Hall of Fame who played for both, the Chicago Black Hawks and the Chicago Blackhawks.
Michel Goulet also once a Hawk
the 2009-2010 was stacked as hell though…
Dale Tallon needs to be in the discussion for all time great GM. He spent years building the 2010 Cup team, not Stan Bowman.
Patrick Kane my favorite player!
Patrick Kane just has such unique talent that not many players ever had
It’s Kane
2020 UPDATE
NOTE: Denis Savard and Doug Wilson are the only players in the Hockey Hall of Fame who played for both, the Chicago Black Hawks and the Chicago Blackhawks.
NOTE: Prior to the 1986–87 season, while going through the team's records, someone discovered the team's original NHL contract and found that the name "Blackhawks" was printed as a compound word as opposed to two separate words, "Black Hawks", which was the way most sources had been printing it for 60 years and as the team had always officially listed it. The name officially became "Chicago Blackhawks" from that point on. This was a legal issue.

How about Phil Esposito as a significant ex Hawk?
👍
