    Levis was a terrible idea. It was rushed. No thought went in to the design and functionality. Location is terrible. It should have been built somewhere closer to Downtown SJ away from the flight paths or just go to Milpitas or Fremont.

    It's probably wishful thinking, but with stadiums being replaced within 20yrs these days I'm hopeful the niners move back to SF by the 40s. It's already been over 10 years and everyone hates it, time to start planning what's next
