Jason, genuine question, how do you create a culture when trading away some guys that were considered key to the culture?
I'm not saying don't trade those guys. I want the team to get better, but I also don't know how they will build culture.

The biggest thing this season is making Philly a destination that players want to come play for. DB’s trade negotiations so far give me confidence in his ability to convince players to come here if the players here now give him the canvas he needs to paint the picture for free agents when all the dead money is off the books. The flyers are going to have a lot of cap space soon and need to be able to utilize it. I think other than that I really just want to see a mediocre power play and goaltending it’s been comically bad the last 3 years
Tanking should never be an option as each player needs to play the best he can every game!!
I don't give up on Fedotov. He was a top goaltender for years in the KHL. I hope under Tocchet's System and better defensive play he will play much better.
every time the flyers get a play with half a personality and some grit…they immediately trade him.
