I’ve been saying this for years. You can’t win a cup unless your core 6 take a discount so depth can be signed.
I'm a lot more optimistic now about making the playoffs next year. I'm also more optimistic about the direction of management.

Yes. The success of this team depends on everyone playing better. But ultimately the complete success depends on EP 40. If this guy doesn’t come through for himself and the team the rest doesn’t matter. This guys caused the removal of JT Miller. Takes up 11.6 million a year that could have been for a real great player, skill, character, a non whiner, and someone who cares more about his teammates, fans and the hockey club. We have nothing from him yet. Oh. Maybe his word that he is getting his act together. His word means absolutely nothing to me. He doesn’t deserve to be trusted at his word. We are done if this doesn’t work out. And better for one year doesn’t cut it for me.
