I'd just go full trap until you figure out where the offence is at. Give teams nothing to work with and it will keep the goalies fresh. The main reason Demko has injury problems is that there was that period where the defence was awful from a personnel and systems perspective that he wasn't getting any support. he was facing too many cross crease plays and making too many desperation saves. So do the opposite. Protect the goalies at all costs, give teams nothing and capitalize on mistakes.
