They quit last year . Hoping they wake up . Laffy and every player on team has to play better . Only player that was better was Cuylie
With Mika, to me he seems like a sensitive guy and that words matter to him. I personally believe that if he could have a sports psychologist throughout the season that it might help him.
Trocheck is the best speaker on the team. Very grounded and precise with words. He would be a perfect captain from that perspective, but Miller's intensity is a bit more valuable for captaincy.

Here is my rule of thumb be in a good position to buy whoever underperforms trade for a better bottom 6 and a 2nd left side defensmen
Mika is in his mid season form with sounding like he is gonna cry
Maybe they will play with more passion then how they sound
Laviolette phoned in his performance last season, as did some of the players.
