Conor should be telling to keep their head above their hearts so they can recover easier. Them being on the ground like that after a bag skate isn't good. The trainer's should know this too. Conor knows cause it's drilled into him. He's dad probably say him up everytime he was tired. I've done the beep test which is probably similar to the bag skate. I got up level 13-14, I don't remember. This was when I was in highschool, it was fun. That's when my gym teacher was like no keep your head up, walk around, she said something I forgot what it was but yeah.
