Important goal for McMann. He's gotta get his feel for it back. He was somewhat snakebitten at the end of last season. His finish is really nice and he's fast as hell. Hopefully it continues into the regular season and beyond

My daily comment to ask Mr Leslie to speak a little louder or bring the mic closer when asking questions. Love everything else he's doing talking to the guys this year, but I just can't hear him. I know it's preseason, so you've got a couple more games for some vocal work to get up to game speed.

Really great attention to detail tonight from all the players. Standouts were the fourth line, (wowzer!), McMann's play and Hildby's coolness under pressure. Really nice game. Guys looked dialled in tonight. Great effort.
Im just amazed at how good the young guys are considering how few draft picks they have, their scouts are doing a great job finding talent

Amazing team effort tonight, these guys playing fast and hard was a fresh breath of air. They need to be in the roster permanently.
Interesting it seems all the players are battling to see if they can be in the top 6 .
Laughton said he didn't have his best season with TOR last season and wants to improve, well it seems he did exactly as he said.
Love to see Lorentz get goals he works so hard all the time.
