Then theres the fact NO ONE who hails from a cold climate wants to live in Minnestoa when one can live in Red STates with low taxes
Russians also like American style freedom – what we slavs saw from afar.
They dont want to live in the USSR or places run by Democrats.
I can tell you as a slav and with loads of family and friends in the US and Canada (most of whom left high crime, blue cities for red states down south)
If i lived in the US or Canada i would ONLY ever live in Calgary or places like Texas or Florida

I wish I could get behind this but I absolutely can't. First, he's not the best player in the NHL so how do you justify it? and second, did we not learn anything from the disastrous Parise/Suter contracts? With 17 million dollars we could have gotten 2-3 super solid top level players. I hope I am wrong but one player taking that much of our cap it doesn't leave much for the rest which means recruiting is going to be really tuff in the future…..
