but i dont think it will ,judging whats happend in the past .
to get him out of school they will have to burn a year off his contract like they did with fowler and hutson.
at that point his roster spot is almost a given imo.
so no ahl time at all imo.
or he gets traded in a bigger deal for the 2 c they need.
because in 3 years the window wont be open for new blood .suzuki will be how old ? and hes been a captain for 12 years at that point?
so he wouldnt be a 2c but the 1 c …..do they want a rookie 1 c after the window is fully opened ?

I am waiting for the day MacDermid is traded to Montreal.
These rematch games are usually pretty tame.
The Habs are protecting their star players by keeping them out in this one , no surprise here. That said, Matheson should be playing instead of Hutson in this final pre-season grudge match. Go HABs.
