But not only that, the toll it takes on you while losing that much and often, it destroys your competitive spirit, the locker room and could possibly destroy your entire franchise if not done "correctly"
I have been a flame fan for over 35 years…this was the worst hockey I have seen. It looked like beer league out there. No effort no drive…no heart. What happened to my flames?! I would love ypu guys to win every game of course but I understand how hard wins are, just at least finish with your heart in it man. The amount of mistakes and errors are staggering….enough of the that game was in the past crap…put that game on film and go this you guys, this is what you are doing out there and calling yourself a professional hockey player. No one's stock rises with this kind of effort, team, or player.
Maybe Conroy’s worst decision yet as GM is thinking Miromanov is better than Solovyov. Everyone in the hockey world knows this yet they expose and lose Solovyov. Miromanov isn’t even a top four defenceman in the American League. Like WTF!!!

Miromanov should be traded or put on waivers at this point. He was beat on rushes almost every time and had brutal turnovers in his own zone.
