1. I dont think the jets make a move to be honest. The jets have prided themselves on the depth they have on the backend and with 2 injuries they wouldn't just abandon that philosophy. Miller probably gets in there but again its a small sample of games to panic over the defense. In a perfect world a trade could be made but with 8 nhl caliber dman in the jets system trading for a dman only makes the depth better but likely lose someone to waivers when healthy. All in all, sure a dman would be great rn but think we wait and see where we are come Lowry's return

  2. I think the jets should pursue Adam Larrson. He’s been solid almost every year in Seattle, 6,3 and 205.

  3. Unless they’re going for a top 4 RD like andersson, I’d rather them acquire a top 6 winger than a 3rd pair D.

  4. No they should get Laine back with Habs retaining some salary.
Laine-Toews-Perfetti is a 2nd line I can sync my watch to

  5. Defense is definitely not the issue when Samberg is healthy. The 2nd line is the issue

  6. Miller knows how to skate and shoot, unlike Stanley. Schenn is only there for experience, and Fleury is hustling. We need another Top 4.

  7. I don't have any specific names off the top of my head, but I do think you're right that instead of selling the farm for a big name D like Dougie Hamilton, we'd be better off trying to buy low on a guy who's maybe underperforming on his current team but has upsides that we could unlock here, like the Habs did with Carriere last year.
