I had a. 739 save percentage, and got the win. The battle of bad goalies and d's. Good thing is at least our goalie isn't the future. I'm calling the mct line the tenacious d and the puck of destiny.
I found the game very fun to watch, and given they didn't stop working I never thought they were out. I don't drink, or smoke, but well that game did make me understand why people do though❤😂
Any chance the ducks surprise us with a 3rd jersey at the home opener like the pens and kings?
We had 43 shots this game and 37 against the Kraken. Under Cronin's two years we had 40 or more shots once…ONCE! The offensive evolution alone is massive and very promising. The Defense is, er, a work in progress xd. While we let in 6, I'm not sure how much i'd blame the defense cause there are several Mrazek just needs to save. Fun heart attack I had watching highlights before work this morning at least.
Can't wait to see Cutter and Bucket miss training camp! Playing too good, Beeker is gonna hafta penny pinch them
I was there go ducks
Glad you mentioned Sennecke's stick lift on the first Cutter goal. He didn't get an assist on it but he was instrumental on making it happen.
Becky keeps showing responsible 2 way play and I love how he gets off the ice in his line changes on time most the time (little thing but Zgrs for example ALWAYS stayed on 15-30 sec's to long). Only 2 games but yeah no way Stromer gets into that line.
Not gonna lie. As a new fan to this team /sport, this game was exciting af. GO DUCKS!!! 🤍🤎🖤
Sennecke has been amazing, he got under the sharks skin fast, was awesome
Excellent effort…we never guit…1-1 coming home is big😊
Well said. I do feel like what we got from Sennecke in preseason and rookie camp versus the first two games are completely different. He’s playing UP to the competition. I’m very happy so far….that second line looks so damn good.
The possession game that Q preaches actually translating on the ice is magical. I feel like we get to watch more ducks hockey with this style of play. Big fan early on.
lowkey feels like with good coaching these kids can come alive…. how curious. Lets hope Q can do his job and do it well.
Was at this game and man coming back from 6-4 after the DUCKS SUCK chants was awesome. You could hear a pin drop after the Kreider tier and Carlson game winner, especially the Carlson goal.
Never felt like they were out of the game once they started scoring in the first. They played a really good game once Cutter and Sennecke started the scoring.
Mrazek was rough, put this one behind us in that regard.
William “Cutter” Gauthier the III’s controller disconnect unless it’s more stats for him/they
Idk how I got here but glad I did, so informative to the smallest detail that most would ignore and the small strays you throw, like the one about helison with reeves LOL! Had me going xD def subbed for sure!
I am a much bigger husso fan than mrazek. I hope we bring him up cause his game is so much more dialed in than mrazeks is
The boys looked good! I hate blaming players, but goaltending really got us in a hole this game. That was stressful.
He was just one game everybody’s going to have a bad day
More fun in 1 game than in a month with Cronin! Plenty to moan about but sticking with positives, the lads never gave in & never let their heads drop & last season it definitely wasn't like that. A good comeback win against a local rival in their barn has to feel good?
I was there for my birthday so disappointed and how we lost
Askarov wasn't good by any means but he wasn't anywhere near Mrazek's level of bad, his goals saved above expected was -3.6 which is 3 goals worse than Askarov was.
Why when I see the title does my Brain go to “6 7”😭
As a sharks fan this game was going great until the final min or so what a rollercoaster of emotions. Watching your video to get to the other side of the tale is very fun. Great win for the ducks keep up the amazing work 💪🏻 🏒
They need to learn to defend better as a TEAM…. It will get better.. Mrazek was bad though
Sennecke Apology, we are so back BUCKET GOOOOOOOOAT
I said, the offense will score when they play as the played against Seattle the first half of the game. but I saw twice a very swimming defense. Outside of Gudas and Lacombe all defenders are swimming, we allowed 9 goals to the 2 worst teams of the division, if not even 2 worst teams of the conference!
Mrazek had one bad goal, rest was okay. 6:4 isnt a softie, its a surprising shot through defenders…
but as Leo said: great comeback (again)!
Sennecke was lucky that Strome is injuried, otherwise he would play in the 4th line. Now when Strome he cant split the kid line.
I was not sure in the start if both have "skip" the goalie part..
WTF!!!!!!!!
No btw this was not a "fun" game if the hopes a minimum a "wirld card" spot this is not gonna work even less so if the aim is higher then that.
The Sharks and the Ducks have the same type of players: a young core with veterans. But the veterans of DUKS seem to be players who actually want to be a part of the project and understand their roles, while the Sharks veterans are just a bunch of mercenaries that could not find deals elswhere or waiting to be shipped at Deadline. So Verbeek done a good job.
I knew Sennecke was gonna be awesome! Kid has talent, skills and grit. The more he plays in the NHL, the better he gets. Leo is gelling with him! The D needs to tighten up. We have way too much talent on D to allow 6 goals…even if Mzazek let in 3 he should have saved. Love the shots on net at 40! If there was any wonder if Kreider still has it…he does! Not getting ahead of myself but it was fun again to watch Ducks hockey. Looking forward to the next one. Go Ducks!
miss kreider every day… dude is a straight dawg and hes gonna be amazing for yall! rooting for yall in the west!
