Rust stood there on two goals and told the other penalty killer to go out to the puck, Why are they using him if he isnt going to kill the penalty and take the man with the puck on his side.

RE: Buyouts and NMC.. I believe a team can buy out a player with a no-movement clause regardless; the player goes on unconditional waivers (which he has to clear) before he can be bought out. The only wrinkle being that the NMC player can skip the waivers process and agree to be bought out immediately. They don't get to block a buyout.
Schenn brought in a 2026 2nd and 2027 4th when traded to Winnipeg. The 4th is nice to have, but the 2nd rounder is what we really got

I think Kindel has looked pretty good so far, but I think he needs better line mates. I’m kinda curious what Kindel would look like on a line with Crosby.
