Pure gold. Relatable on so many levels. Much respect!
Your whole perception of life and hunting and just just plain old living is admirable and inspiring to me! Thank you!
How does this channel make money with no ads? Not complaining it's great I just font get it
One of my top 5 favorite episodes
To me, this is the MeatEater masterpiece.
One of the most powerful videos you have out there… 👍
Lost my Pops suddenly almost four years ago, now, and what I would give to just have one last experience like this. Don't take this stuff for granted, folks. Cherish every second of it.
Another one of my favorites.
I just harvested my first buck of my life on my birthday, opening day of Coues season in unit 36b.
I dunno about getting a Coues tag every year. I’m a resident and it took me four years to draw my first tag. Ps. I heard that it is pronounced “cows” deer but I dunno I still say “coos”…
can't get OTC tags in that unit anymore for rifle, thanks asshole
Dude seriously stop fucking giving areas away. It’s what makes units be blown over by bad hunters on side by sides. This intro makes me wanna puke. I love you man I love your content but don’t tell people where your at please
Sitting in the Chiricahua Mountains watching the sunrise can change a man. I love that little corner of AZ.
Thanks for sharing your storyi it’s nice to think about the past if we could go back Life is so short👍👍🙏
This is the most beautiful episode up to this point. Unbelievable writer and story teller
My dad is 82 and admitted to me recently that his hunting days are over. We've had so many incredible adventures together. Since mom died, I've had him on some incredible deer and elk hunts. We didn't touch a hair but they were the best hunts I've ever had. Thanks for all you do Steve.
I totally said Amalgim bout 2 seconds before you did
By far the best episode of the series. I think its thanks to the lack of music, really gives you a great perspective of what it feels like being there.
My most enjoyable hunts are the ones just sitting there and taking everything in and watching the animals react to each other sometimes I get lucky but the stories I can relate about what I witnessed can the bought or sold they are mine
Hardest hunt in usa
Great Show Steve 👏👏👏 I love your jargon and philosophy. Reflections of Family really hit home. Most of my Family are gone. At 68 I'm an heirloom admirier, .. Left handed. I'm sure you have a great Family, but in the unlikely event that you have any gun… You'd part with, PLEASE e-m me. Godspeed ❤

That story was beautiful, my mom passed from stage 4 lung cancer and your intro hit me like a bag of bricks. Thanks for sharing.
Coming from a local Montana hunter and quadriplegic, my favorite episode Steve
Yeah my dad was ready to move over to the east side of Washington State so we can go hunt up home around Metaline Falls then he was diagnosed with lung cancer he beat the cancer, but he couldn't beat the treatment, he never got to do all those things with his grandkids that he wanted, to teach them to hunt and fish and everything else the way he did it ❤
