The Leafs often do this; they dig themselves a giant hole and then try really hard at the end to reverse their fortunes. Most of the time this "strategy" doesn't work but here it did. Let's hope they play a whole game instead of one period. I remember back in the day Boston had them down by 6 going into the 3rd and the Leafs won it 7-6. The sportscaster then said "The Leafs: No lead is safe, either for them or against them!"

domi being a place holder for cowan on the 4th line is hilarious it's really between robertson and maccelli on the 2nd line as to who sees more ice time i'm still leaning toward maccelli because i think he has more skill but i like what i've seen out of robertson lately so we will see what happens

Struggling out the gate is a good thing. Identity changes are difficult and adversity forces this team to look in the mirror, make changes now ensuring success both both now and in the playoffs.

I would give Joshua, 5 more games, if he does not do better. Put him on waivers.
