The constant line reshuffling doesn't seem to be working very well. Maybe set some lines that make sense and let guys get used to playing together. Also, enough Buch on the wing with Thomas. Why is that the one untouchable spot?
Mailloux is right to have no confidence…he’s not ready. Would be nice to see KYROU play with passion and intensity every game…except only when he’s in the doghouse.

I just can’t figure out what it is about this squad where they just whack the puck for icing 5+ times at the end of games. Like in what universe does that work? Maybe it worked okay with the 2019 blues, but this core is atrocious at keep away. Sorry I still am not over the kraken loss. Such a throw. Kyrou did look better. I’m ready to see Buch / Holloway show off what they are capable of.

I actually dont mind these lines but I see the third line more as the 2nd line because I think it will produce more offense and schenn suter and joseph is more of a physical energy line

Why is Buch untouchable? He has been one of our worse players all year. He coughs up the puck constantly. We can take and scratch Kyrou who has been better that Buch all year. For someone making 8 million a year he's playing like an ahl'er.
Yes, you're overreacting. Due to the Olympic break there are a lot of games to get through and it's good to rest each of these guys. It isn't like you're going to lose momentum.
Successful teams have one thing in common. They communicate…look at the Blues bench…crickets. They need to be talking and pushing each other. When players make a mistake hold them accountable.

There's a lot that needs to be addressed. A lot more than this comment can do, some would need to be done with visuals and drawing it out for them.
When it comes to the amount of "unlucky bounces", clean up the defensive rotations around the net and stop letting them in the crease and having our goalie dead to rights. offense to defense transitions, and these are moments that our guys deflate and are slow getting back. we have zero adversity. whether it's a turnover, last second game tying goal, or like when Hofer gave the Hawks that first goal. You can just tell within the first minute of a period how that period is going to go with this team.
I honestly think the end of Game 7, and now the SAME THING against Seattle, will haunt us for at bare minimum this year.
