I genuinely love how he talks about his players; he gives honest criticism that isn't mean-spirited or overly harsh, but incredibly constructive and growth-focused. You can tell how much Huska cares about his guys and the team, he wants them to be successful, without thinking of them as pawns for his own success (like so many other coaches do!!)
