   I don't think he's proving his doubters wrong, basically people just said he wasn't going to be a generational talent and he still is very far from that. Even among his biggest doubters they acknowledged he will have seasons with 100 points, but there will always be better players in the NHL than Bedard

   When I watched the last Chicago game what I noticed from Bedard was his skating seems to be faster.He was always a great skater but speed wise he seem to lack that extra boost becuase of his short size but he is really moving wel this year.

    I was telling people over the summer when I was seeing this kid on the ice DAILY with Macklin while everyone else was at their summer beach houses that he was putting in the work and he looked like he was ready to take the next step. Apparently I "didn't know what I was talking about" and he was still "a bust". Crazy how fast we assume someone is going to be good or bad. Give the kids TIME!

    Add in the elite prospect pool the Blackhawks have, kids that haven't seen 1 game in the NHL, and you have the very real possibility of the Blackhawks being an NHL juggernaut for a decade.

    Bedard has already made Philip Kurashev a 54 point player and made Ryan Donato a 30 goal scorer. If that isn't a player that elevates his teammates, I don't know what is. Just stop this bullshit narrative that Bedard has been unhappy until right now. Its a complete fabrication and the fact that you are still talking about it proves you haven't watched much Blackhawks hockey in the last 2 years.

    Bedard has most impressed me with being able to stay on his feet when he’s getting pushed on by bigger players and being able to outskate and out smart

    I don't think people realize that most of the guys on the hawks last year had families and connor was one of the few young dudes on the team thats hard to relate too.

    As a Hawks fan … I can truthfully say that he is a different player this season. He's faster, stronger on the puck, better in the D zone (faceoffs too) and confident. Let's not forget … He has a much improved coaching staff with him now as well. It's just great to see Bedard, Celebrini, Schaffer, and Carlson doing so well – great for hockey and us fans. Great channel!

    Celebrini has the same scoring + playing 2x better defense and has done it while beating better teams. Bedard is balling no doubt, but 2 years in a row in Celebrini’s shadow 😂

    Bedard already has proven his eliteness by being able to adapt and change . Very few athletes have that ability self evaluate and critique themselves and then actually change those things they have been doing for years. His hockey IQ is off the charts. He makes everyone he plays with better. He will win a Stanley cup in his career. He is also selfless. However he is magnetic to watch. He already is in the top echelon of NHL players . People keep comparing him against Celebrini ….who cares. both are great . But Bedard has more mental toughness and grit to succeed than Celebrini.

    its because people dont watch the games. if u were a hawks fan watching all 82 u knew he had this in him the whole time just didnt have linemates. and hes doing this with a rookie Ryan Greene and Burakovsky. can u imagine if he had a draisatl or RNH like mcdavid had? or a Cale makar like mackinnon.

    The hate on him was kinda unprecedented. The kid is going to be a great player, and yet again, he's doing it with this kind of roster. Imagine what's gonna happen if he gets his "Draisaitl" and really starts turning it up. You're gonna see a guy that you think could win a few Richards throughout the rest of his career.
