Absolutely abysmal. Aside from the top line and a couple of other players, it's just not good enough. No real sustained pressure. So slow. Nyquist and Toews are awful.

No way Milic loses his NHL debut in that manner with Logan Stanley screening him and being the AHL D-Man that he is while the oldest and slowest team of skaters can't generate offense. The Pionk contract already looks like a boat anchor. On the upside Salo and Milic look at least like they can match the pace of the game.

Vegas won a SC with abysmal goaltending, and a fabulous D core. We have an abysmal D core, ( minus Josh Morrisey/ Miller) with a great regular season goaltender. Playoffs come, opponents crash our net. D can’t move them, Helly can’t see. Gone in. 1 round. 7 YEARS to fix this D core. Management won’t. Fans can’t tell that’s the problem. Here we are. Too proud to tank to get McKenna
