  1. Work your way through it means try harder stop sulking around the ice. He isn’t putting any effort into his play. Berube is doing him a favor
    saying it that way.

  2. Should be putting Laughton on that second line. He has played well with both Tavares and Cowboy, plus the line is less likely to be caved in defensively this way.

  3. Work your way through it = play hard, smart, get in on the action, “Work”, break a sweat! And the goals and assists will start rolling in again. Keep it simple. WORK THROUGH IT

  4. I like how Berube anounces a bull@#$t line involving Willie and it becomes instant fodder for this podcast. Lol. Willie is still among the top point producers in the league despite the fact that all the players ahead of him have played more games. Lines are not set in stone and after a second shift Willie most likely goes back with JT. Notwithstanding 88's defensive lullygagging, 88 is not in the dog house, Berube is just trying to get him going a little. But leave it to Kip and the boys to stir the controversy as usual.😋

  5. Loved watching kyper and Bourne squirm while Sam points out the elephant in the room that all Leafs fans know to be true. The leafs are held to a different standard and no one wants to acknowledge it in the media. Good job Sammie!

  6. Fancy Christmas decorations. Dollarama or perhaps Dollar Tree? Where did Rogers Sportsnet"s set designers go for those decorations. Cheap bastards.

  7. This team isn’t worth anyone’s money or time. Yall watching this team are weak and pathetic and the problem to why this team is shite

  8. Everyone also talked about how Robertson should be in the top 6 to produce more. As well, gives a good chance to experiment with Nylander on that line as they have been better than the 2nd line anyway. Just mixes things up for a game that McMann has been suspended for.

  9. The other thing about Willie on the 3rd line is it does something we've all been saying for about 6 years now. Put one elite guy on the 3rd line so we have depth.

  10. I wouldn't be worried too much about leafs lines. Stecher is the be all and end all of humanity and the universe as we know it. Willy might show up.

  11. If the Leafs are going to get suspended by the league for every minor infraction they might as well lean into it and play a bully game. Run goalies over. Knee other players. Crosscheck guys in the back. Play greasy. Play dirty like the Panthers. They're already getting fined and suspended, what's worse that can happen?

  12. Maccelli should ask for transfer.

This team does not use or need his passing skills, so he should move on. This team or actually he coach values the concept of push team who does not need skill, just more skating. Many big clumsy players in roster, who can' t score.

Good luck. You need that in order to get into playoffs. Maybe when Ottawa is diving, gives Leafs that chance.
