Jets will have to look at moving some of these geriatrics out of the lineup and start their rebuild
Hey Connor and Lyss! Agree totally with you that it was a much better effort tonight and our special teams and a wee bit of leaky goaltending was the difference tonight.

Logan Stanley… the guy makes mistakes but he shows up every game to try to make an impact and that's the kind of effort I like to see! They don't have to be perfect, just show up and do their part.
Coach has to stop shuffling lines like he's been doing though. Leave all the lines as they were start of this game and let them play like that for 5 games. We'll see a difference for sure.
And since goaltending isn't a sure thing, I'd love to see Dom Divincentis get one of the next two games for sure.
Dylan Samberg looked good tonight. I choose him as the Hardest Working Jet.
Winnipeg Jets fans need to start applauding & appreciating the team's defensive efforts. Defence is how this team can & will win.
The Jets have same soft defense for couple years. The difference is no Vezina goalie to bail them out after playing like crap. No knock on Comrie. He has not been horrible at all. The 1st goal a lazer a mm under the crossbar not even Helle was stopping. Penalty kill sucked so did powerplay. Comrie had little chance. Defense looks slow and small except for Logan and Josh. Schenn is finished. Same with a couple others. Only one line scoring. Mark and Conner cant do it all nor can Comrie

Vezina goalie no longer playing. Helle is that good.
Comrie is awesome, but he isn't Vezina awesome.
Last year year before that Helle got the Jets 20 wins all by himself.
A much better performance all around , I think the only area they fell behind Dallas was the way they DIVE to draw a penalty, Mikko Rantenan has been practicing that move. and i think it was Benn? behind the net. I was a little miffed when they were called. But impressed with the Jets play.
PK is shite now while Dallas and Colorado look like they use too. No Apples or Tanev now and JETS NO LONGER CAN FORCE TURNOVERS.
DEFENSE IS CRAP NOW PERIOD
you cant win when you are this slow. You also cant win when you only have one line that can score. I feel Barron needs to be moved to second line center so we can get some speed up there.
You can't keep digging yourself into 3-goal holes and expect to win.
