    They were close several times. Losing Kreider and Trouba, Trading K'andre Miller killed their window. With all that they still have a higher ceiling that the canucks.

    Everyone talks like we haven't had devestating insurmountable injuries this season. Until last game all of our centers played in the AHL in 2025. We haven't had 2 middle 6 centers pretty much the whole season, plus number one goalie out half the season, plus down a couple top 6 wingers most of the season.
