  1. He made a point of saying "he wants to play for the US Olympic team"… I don't think people realize how choked Hughes was after being cleared to play with the Canucks but then still being held out of 4 Nations. Could've very well been the start of the fallout with Canucks. I think he was more upset than what people think. Of course he's going to say all the right things but funny how he was according to some "all the way back" and suddenly experienced a "set back" that kept him out even longer 😂

  2. Explains why Tochett left abruptly! He must have known Quinn wanted out in the summer.

  3. I just watched John Shannon's show, where he had Allvin. All soft questions. Really impressed by the tough questions you asked Tocchet and other guests.

  4. RT should have been raked over the coals more anout the implosion of Vancouver..Plus he bailed out…As a Sota fan…thanks Rick..

  5. Quinn was the best defenseman in the league he was a leader and a fabulous player he is the best defenseman period as the team will be better with this players as their building in having a championship team

  6. I’d see Rick walking around in Yaletown and always gave a nod and a smile. Remember St. Patrick’s day having drinks with him and Adam. 🥅

  7. Quinn Hughes gave the Canucks 7 years, 7 chances to be good and win. SEVEN. You can't blame him for wanting to win now after SEVEN years.
