Never even knew the center of the logo was supposed to be a puck until now, so that's something you can say for the new one.
That's an awful jersey, and it's still better than their previous away jersey.
The problem is their logo looks like the toilet flushing
As a Canes fan, I don't care about synergy necessarily. I just want a good design. The homes are by far the best. The Struttin' Stormy rules too.
I'd rather have boring than this outright mess. I appear to be in the minority of Canes fans right now, but I hated the Stadium Series jersey too.
I absolutely love the buff stormy and state flag decals. Buff Stormy is such a cool tie in to NC college sports and I don’t hate the jersey as a whole. Not the best, but better than last years away jerseys.

Canes fan, I love the new jersey. It's a great step in the right direction and I only wish it had the stormflag stripe around the waist.
It's an indication of what's to come for sure, we're probably going to see a stadium-series like home jersey soon. Which many fans would enjoy, F what the other teams think about it. Not an identity crisis when every jersey is very obvious a Hurricanes jersey.
Also, they don't even change the uniform that often lol. They've had 2 away jersey changes in 8 years. The homes and alternates have stayed the same, they just made the alternate the home jersey now. The rest are 1-off special event or anniversary jerseys like every other team does.

Making a stadium series jersey your away jersey is certainly a choice. The canes are kind of a goofy org overall 😂
Round the shoulders and put a white outline on the sleeve numbers.
Big upgrade. Last year's road sucked.
I like the constant changes and it keeps people talking about them. My home team, i know its not traditional but its cool to not have the same jerseys
