   I hope a lot of changes come. Hope Byfield is traded massively over rated.
   Guy gets a point and Kings media loses their minds. Coming up on 2 months of Hockey and He only had 2
   Points. He sucks at face offs, misses the net constantly.
   He’s frustrating to watch lol

   Matthew Ratchuk should be taken off the USA roster and replaced with Jason Robertson. QB should wear a lighter tinted visor so He can see the net and aim better

   I don't agree with what you've said about the ownership, they're not all the same. Yes, they all are there to make money first and foremost but a lot of teams have owners that are actual Hockey fans and want their teams to win it all. AEG literally just want us to at least make playoffs and that's it. Just don't be the worst and they're happy. It's not good enough, not by a long shot.

   This team needs to be blown up completely. Trade the good we have, become the worst team in the NHL for 3 – 5 seasons, get ourselves a few beauties like Celebrini and then bounce back huge. In this day and age we're not an attractive team for many reasons, but the teams that have no taxes are just simply more attractive because the players are making more now, and are losing more now playing for a team like the Kings.

   I'd be trading Byfield, Kempe, Fiala and Doughty just as a start and getting assets. There's talks we're in the running for Matthews and that's just going to be a really dumb move if we make it. Looks like it'll cost at least Byfield and Clarke as a start. It'll take a 1st and a prospect too. That's just way more than we can afford to pay. Fine with trading Byfield but not Clarke. Not both certainly. We don't have many attractive prospects either and so can't afford to lose any. The point is, losing Byfield and Clarke and then getting Matthews back doesn't make us better enough. We're too weak in Centre now.

    This team has no sense of urgency and they don’t have any killer instinct at all 50% coaching 50% players so they won’t trade all the players away so I think a fresh coaching mind and a different approach could change the direction for this team , I can’t believe QB55 can’t muster up any offense at all he’s a big fast skater so what’s the problem ????

    The team’s identity is overly focused on defense—first, last, and always—and that creates problems from top to bottom. The culture has become one where mistakes are not tolerated, which stifles development. Young players need the freedom to stretch their game and make mistakes, but they aren’t given that opportunity. Look at Turcotte: only now that they’re forced to use him is he playing better.

    The coaching staff is a major issue. Assistant coach Pete Newell has been ineffective, and the head coach still hasn’t learned that constantly changing lines doesn’t work. This has always been a problem with leaders who try to control every detail. You can’t do your job and everyone else’s at the same time, and that frustration shows.

    The coach is fixated on the misguided idea that the team must always “hold on.” By the second period, players are more concerned about getting caught up ice than making plays. The result is a psychological imbalance—players are overthinking instead of reacting. They’re focused on not making mistakes rather than on playing the game

    As of today Danault has played 4 games for Montreal with zero points and minus 2.

    Getting that contract off the books looks good so far.

    Kings should trade prospects and a pick for a proper 2nd line center and put QB back on the top line wing. He will pick up points again and get his confidence back🍻

    Kings front office seems to be hesitant and clueless every step they take (or not take). They're not in it to win. We'd kill for a management like Vegas' for example (and others). Hate on them all you want. They would never be sitting there, watching their team fade in nothingness and don't act on it like the Kings do. They do whatever is necessary to make their team competitive all the time. There is no sense of urgency. No winning culture which might be part of why players don't want to sign here. Failed system and player development etc… Kempe might have just agreed on wasting his prime. He REALLY loves to live in LA.
    Not to say us fans could do better, but we ain't sitting in an NHL front office.

    Make ZERO changes…..if we make changes this season, we are handing our future over to KH. Team needs to stand pat, spend no money, make no moves. Let the season play out, let the UFAs go at the end of the year, then trade our underperforming "stars" for deadt picks. Clean house with the President, GM and Head Coach. Give the leadership a stripped down team with a $20 million cap space and spend just the league minimum for some scrubs just to fill out the roster while we draft well (aka – bring back Futa), develop new talent, and maintain cap space so we can sign some significant FAs after two or three years of draft development. We have to remember that KH has saddled us with bad 4 year contracts for Ceci and Dumolin that reduced the available cap for more impactful players over the next 3 years.

    Eddie good job as always! I almost completely agree with Peter in Colorado but the Kings playing style and specially with the prospect Development staff being the worst in the League even if the Kings had 10 first overall picks they all would probably become nothing but average players! Since poor Alex Turcotte got drafted in Ontario he was getting Killed in the minors for years with Head hunter Goons with head hits almost killing him with 3 major head concussions on different occasions and non of his teammates no one standing up for him in any of the times! If this Development issue does not get resolved asap I feel sorry for Kings prospects like Liam Greentree Carter George etc..

    Rebuild!! Look at our pacific division rivals! The Anaheim ducks and San Jose sharks have a ton of young talent! We only have Clarke and Byfield😭

    Just gotta ride this until the next rebuild after kopitar and drew are gone it reminds me of post jason allison team we gotta be patient and wait itll get worse before it gets better but clearly some people still think this team is capable of winning the cup or they dont care (see Helene Elliott latest article) and just care about the corporate ticket sales which is true brings them all they need they dont desperately need us at all its AEG 4th most valuable NHL franchise they dont need us so why care what the fans say

    I have said it before Holland is the problem. He is C- GM, and would make it worst ( just look at the contracts he signed with LA) and what he did to the Oilers, more harm than good (Nurse + Campbell contracts are still haunting the team). Holland’s multi-year contact with LA will destroy the team.

    Peter in Colorado 💯, I really want to know Eddie’s opinion on a rebuild, anytime he addresses it he just says he doesn’t think the organization is going to go that way, but I don’t think he has ever given his opinion on a rebuild.
