I can’t believe 2011 was 15 years ago
Canucks power play actually looks better without Hughes, actually moving the puck around rather than him dancing on the blue line wasting time.
The Canucks have fallen far short of expectations, and fans have every right to feel misled by management. Before the season, the organization talked confidently about being a playoff contender and suggested the team wasn’t far from competing at a higher level. Meanwhile, Francesco Aquilini raised ticket prices and sold optimism that clearly hasn’t matched the on-ice product. Right now, the team’s performance is deeply disappointing, and the disconnect between what was promised and what fans are getting is embarrassing for the organization.
