Nice win for the devils I feel like this year will be a good one ❤
Ace I don’t envy you at all I’m sure Italy is beautiful I’ve never been on a plane you couldn’t pay me to go on one LETS GO DEVILS!
Apologies for missing the live today please forgive me ole wise Ace! But dare I say the boys looked good, I’m not getting ahead of myself but it was nice to see them play well and cohesive. As well as not winning a nail biting 1 goal game. I really want a Marky to get the SO too. Maybe things are starting to look up 🤞🏻
Wait, the devils?!?
Whats Up ACE, just watched this game on replay was out all day and this was solid performance. I thought Marky was superb in this one. Few defensive lapses but overall strong puck play alot of breakups in neutral zone. And then we looked way better on offense today. We now are 4-0 vs Utah since th3 club moved from Arizona. Nice sweep of the mammoth we do have their number overall in head to head..
It was important to win 1st game of 2026 and a home game. Liked sweeping Utah was at th3 game out there. Wish we could play them more but this important win to follow up after th3 columbus comeback
Now the nemesis comes in to rock tomorrow gigantic game and test vs a team i despise in carolina.. they have lost back to back home games in raleigh to Montreal and colorado tonight so they will be angry coming in. But we need a w against these guys. This weekend we said 4 major points up for grabs we got 2 and now need to get th3 full 4 but a huge game for sure. Lets go devils
I'm glad that Hamilton finally scored.
I was at the game. It felt good to see a blowout. Hopefully we can bring this same energy tomorrow.
Huge home tomorrow before a 4 game road trip..would be massive to go into that on 3 game winning streak points are so vital every game now
hey man … missed the live today… had work in the office today… but watched the game and absolutely beautiful game … Dougie with two bombs… Brattman and more … hoping they bring that energy tm for the Canes lmao … WHO IS GOING TO THE GAME TM ?!?! … get some vitamin c , zinc lozenges, rest and PLENTY OF FLUIDS SIR !!! WE NEED YOU FOR GROUP THERAPY IM SURE SOON LMAO
Thought this was most complete game in a while for Devils. Still plenty to clean up but nice start. Going back to our home win vs anaheim this was best one since that one I felt.. really would love a duplication tomorrow
Enjoying the phenomenal dirty devil vodka after this need more of these winning beverages. If we beat Carolina then its shots as well.. lgd..
Isles pens jets and wild certainly a challeging trip. We play well vs wild and pens but have had tough time with isles this year and cannot win in winnipeg. Huge trip a win at home vs our dad would be sweet…heading into this
Will be at game in Minnesota thats a great scene always in that buiding and its the hughes bowl. Will be tons of Devils fans up there..great place to see game..
Hey there 👋! What a great victory here at home. Happy New Year 🎊. And yeah the other night, we shut down the Columbus BJ cannon. Before our home victory. So let's keep up this defense depth.
Good show, Ace. LGD!
Ace I need the intro music to get hyped
Great game! Allow me to help you out on a couple things unrelated to hockey though.
First, idk what you are fighting, but try getting this stuff from Shaklee called Vivx. It's expensive. $100/bottle…but take a teaspoon of it a day. It's basically concentrated vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. I know when I get sick, I take that, and it really helps. the other thing I do, is drink orange juice-lots of it. Fresh squeezed if you can get it. Cut soda or anything carbonated out…in fact, I hate to say it, but cut alcohol out. lol It doesn't help.
Also, regarding your trip to Italy, if this is your first time abroad, I have some tips for you.
First off, learn a few basic phrases in Italian. Trust me, this will go a long way. Most people in Europe do speak English, but simply making an attempt to speak the language of the country you are in gains A LOT of respect from the locals.
Second, get some Euros ahead of time. Your bank can order some for you here in the US and have the currency within just 2-3 days, and at a very accurate exchange rate with no fees. When I traveled to France for 10 days, I ordered 500 Euros, and that was plenty for the trip. I left most of the currency in hotel safe, and carried about 100 Euros on me for the day. Never went through the full amount. But it was still a great safety net, as there were a few times my credit card did not work.
Third, keep your eyes open. In general, Italy is safe. Especially at a major event like the Olympics. However, as a tourist, you are a prime target to be robbed. Especially if you are traveling alone. Solo travelers do have a target on their back. On the flip side though, if it's just you, you do not have to be responsible for someone else's security. So it's easier to just watch yourself. Keep your valuables secure, and you'll be fine.
Lastly, DO NOT underestimate jet lag. This is a mouthful on its own. Idk what time you are leaving NJ and arriving in Italy, but usually its overnight flights going to Europe. That being said, a huge tip is don't drink alcohol. I drank alcohol on my 2nd trip to Paris, and it screwed up my adjustment period. Ended up taking an additional day to acclimate. Trust me, lay off the booze for the day before your flight through the 1st day. Also, start acclimating your stomach the day of or before your flight. For example, when I flew to France, my flight left at 1230 midnight and arrived in Paris at 130 PM local time. I had an early and light dinner at 530PM before leaving for the airport. After getting through security, I got 2 glazed donuts from Dunkin Donuts to eat about 1 hour into the flight. (130AM in NJ is 730 AM in Paris, which is about breakfast time). I slept for most of the flight. Then, around noon Paris time, they served lunch on the plane. So I was good when I landed. When you get to your hotel room for your first night, don't forget to set an alarm for whatever time you want to get up. I made this mistake my 1st trip to France. I got to bed around 1030. Thought since I was going to bed so early, I did not need an alarm. Yeah, I woke up at 1130 the next morning. Set an alarm for whatever time you plan to get up, so you can not only do everything you plan to do that day, but also continue acclimating. The last thing I have to say about jet lag is your first full day in Italy, plan all of your activities close to each other and close to your hotel. You are still gonna be a little tired. But planning all of the days activities close to each other and the hotel is a massive safety net. My first full day in France would have been completely shot if I did not do this. If you follow these tips, you should be fully acclimated by the 2nd day.
I do have more tips and tricks if you want me to email you, but these are the main points. lol
