#anaheimducks #buffalosabres #nhl #hockey ✅ Découvrez notre partenaire ! Helleson is absolute GARBAGE! Pretty sure he was crying in game before this one. Man up, you Sally.
They almost came back in the game…
Almost…
What’s the record for losing streak for ducks as a franchise? 12 or something?
Hopefully we won’t see that again..
I’ll start watching next season. This one’s dust. They look like they don’t care at all
i was waiting for the regular tone on "and go ducks!". well i understand we are all frustrated. hoping u can get some positive vibes today no matter what! thanks for the vid
I think the reason why they’re losing because I didn’t wear my mask, haha. But no, the mask isn’t the reason why we’re actually losing. But I hope this disaster losing streak is over against the stars vs ducks 🤞😖🤞
Do you think playoffs is out
The ducks are just lucky the eastern conference is way better so they still have a chance to make the playoffs. That pacific division is a joke. And everyone thought the eastern conference was the laughing stock 🤣 smh
This isn’t ups and downs, this is a serious problem. We have quite arguably the worst defensive pairings in the NHL. The last defensemen we got with a top ten pick was Drysdale back in 2020 and he’s been very inconsistent. We need a cornerstone defensemen to build around. Like Jacob Slavin, Moritz Seider, Jake Sanderson, Rasmus Dahlin or Devin Toews. We need a guy who is a great shut down Defensemen, Anchor the team while putting up decent offensiv numbers. Because currently we are a glass cannon team. And it’s showing. These are my thoughts at least.
my teamate got to see zellweger at great park fivepoint arena so very cool and you can see them practice
I'm starting to wonder now that we're 0 and 9 at what point does Verbeek do something?
A trade needs to happen to get a veteran D man that can stay home and protect our zone. We have too many offensive minded D creating too many turn overs and odd man rushes.
The Ducks need to do what they did on Blue Mountain State, where the entire team locked themselves in the goat house and got ripped on drugs to fight their inner demons.
Another day, Another week in the trenches🥀🥀🥀🥀
Dostal is rarely square to most shots and he is lacking confidence. The back-checking is pathetic still. This team needs to toughen up both mentally and physically. They are getting paid way too much money for this type of effort….
Honestly at this point i dont really understand the Ducks team as a whole, it seems like a big old blender, theres been lots of blame placed on Dosty and to be honest, Dostal has been left out to dry more than Gibson was, coupled with some horrendous defensive play by every single player on the roster, you cant win games behind 3 goals in the 1st period, its stupid, I would be surprised if we are any where close to the playoffs with this current team, and to be honest i think some trades need to happen to facilitate a much better focus on protecting the defensive zone than just all out attack, because that shit doesnt work.
Ducks: Free fall mode on ✅
At what point do rookie mistakes just become mistakes?
Why have the thumbnail of the only guy who isn’t playing like garbage lol poor Bennett.
Im sorry but that 4th goal.. You need that save.. Dostal has been horrible lately
Good to see Leo get some points. Was looking forward to the playoffs for the first time in a while but that excitement might have to wait and it will be back to seeing which top ten pick they get this year. We'll see. I would like to see more young talent have a shot at some NHL minutes but there are just too many, past their prime over thirty vets on the team. If there is any way they can trade Strome, Killorn and maybe Guddas, even if the Ducks have to retain some salary, they need to seriously consider it. I like these players but they are just getting less productive, injured, older and won't be on the Ducks much longer one way or the other. Let the kids play!
We need Brady TKACHUK …some fire
Canadians GM called up a bunch of ahl players when they were in a funk in hopes of getting the team going. Verbeek has made 1 move all year..
He will probably trade Minty at the deadline too.
They cant make plays because every pass is in their teammates feet or out of reach. They either turn the puck over in the defensive zone or they are out of position. Cronin was on to something when he tried to get them to play defense. It's time for them to stop leaving the defensive zone without the puck. The turnaround starts with the defense. At this point the coaches are failing. Carlson stopped trying a month ago because he has the Olympics on his mind and he doesn't want to get hurt and miss it. At this point I would put Strome and Killorn on waivers to see if there are any teams dumb enough to take them. I don't think we can trade them. This team needs some kind of shake up. Dumping Zegras for Poehling is looking pretty dumb at this point. I hope they don't make the playoffs. No sense in making the playoffs just to be swept in the first round. It would be better to get another good draft pick and try again next year.
Pat Verbeek is a Whalers legend!
Watching the various player interviews gives me no confidence. They do not seem to care, no passion, no urgency. Nothing. Mentally and physically weak. From a fans perspective, this is extremely frustrating. Coaching staff has no answers.
The Ducks are roasted!
Another predictable loss tonight….
Who knew my Sharks would progress faster than the Ducks? 🦈🦈
In all seriousness these kind of downs aren't too surprising for such a young team. It's a lot easier to get in your own head and start picking up bad habits, and it really does come back to coaching and how they are dealing with it.
You guys will be fine though, I've seen streaks like this before, and blowout losses way too often. Teams learn how to lose before they learn how to win, look at Tampa and Florida
