TDA is so bad, I cant take it anymore. How do you make it to the NHL as a defenseman and throw the puck at your own net. He needs to be scratched
Take it easy.. Was a boneheaded move but right now he is not an issue.. He had a goal and an assist and is the only damn besides Shaefer that moves the puck.The bigger issue is 6th d spot and the rotating marginal offensive play from shabby, tzippy, drouin. If dukie is for real.. We're going to be fine
We need someone like evander kane. Would look good seeing him make people pay for running at Schaefer
Was a diehard hockey fan through the 90s and into the first lockout. The lockouts and lack of tv access had me step back as a fan.
Schaffer has me fully back and locked into the NHL and the Isles.

It drives me crazy how our defense completely ignores opponents in front of the net, leaving Ilya/Big Save to fend off deflections, screens, rebounds. You look at a lot of the top teams who try & move forwards or at least try & tie up sticks of our guys. Team is entirely too soft- and it looks like the Isles are completely intimidated vs teams like Boston, Caps etc.
We will see how this all progresses. The team defense is ugly, Soroky covers up alot of warts. The offense is also pretty paltry. Their record is better than the actual team, IMO (thank you Ilya)
Tony D is a net positive for this team even with some of his mental lapses Love his speed passing and he can score
