Grams please with all your analytics stuff can you make a top 10 players in the league on the PK, we need to target realistic players we could potentially trade for. And it would be good content to talk about 🤷♂️🍻 we need pk killers badddd #GoSensGo
He wasn't even good in Belleville. I am confident reimer could have stopped 17 out of the 19 shots.. and leevi didn't play good against the rangers he saved 18 out of 22 shots the teams sick the tending is killing them and bad coaching decisions you gotta throw Optimus reim in against montreal just his veteran presence alone would have won that 9:47
What a dichotomy of a team. Moments of sublime hockey and moments of complete ineptitude, particularly the goaltending. I love Leevi, but he needs more development. He is not ready for this workload.
Ottawa Got a chance to have the Killiing goal at the end of the third…..Monty stop it twice and MTL come Back with 2 goals….
This was 100% Leevi's last game with the Sens this season he'll be going back down to Belleville tomorrow I gurantee it. I would imagine Ullmark will be going on that upcoming 3 game road trip Reimer starts tomorrow against Detroit and I could see Ullmark starting against the CBJ on Tuesday. This is a game we should have have locked down and put away and we just couldn't so frustrating. Also Leevi finishing with a brutal 684 save percentage….yeah he needs time down in Belleville for awhile
Not a Ottawa fan but what Jake Sanderson said to the media about your goalie was messy af you can easily see media and fanbase wants the kid to go down you don’t need to add to it if I was the kid I’d demand a trade outta Ottawa lol
Why isnt Reimer down in Belleville getting games in instead of sitting on the pines?
The black hole of goaltending in this organization is beyond comprehension.
You can't have perpetual untapped opportunities with out squandering your assets. This loss will go a long way to ink drying in the pens for renewing contracts. Sad
After over 30 years, I’m still embarrassed to be a fan of this organisation.
The 2025-26 Sens season is going to go down as the year goaltending held them back from a great season. If this team had above average goaltending they are one of the best teams in the east.
The call to play Levi again, 10 games in a row, call up Sogaard fire him in against AVS he gets light up, what is this coaching staff doing to our young goaltenders.
When will they fire the goalie coach?
Great episode and I appreciate the balanced view on things. Obviously the goal tending is bad, but it's a very very difficult and more or less unexpected problem for the GM to do anything about, given what's available out there. There's been a lot of good outside of that, so hopefully something sorts itself out in the net. I also always like to point out since the goalies always get blamed for everything: there were a lot of missed opportunites to score goals too and if one more of those went it in regulation time and the game ended 6-5 for the Sens, no one would be talking about goal-tending, so they just gotta outscore our problems for now. Montembault was a .853 in the game, and no one in Montreal cared.
It’s getting hard to watch to be honest…
STAOIS OUT – FIRE STAOIS
Did the GM know Ullmark was mentally unstable and still signed for him or did Ullmark sign that big contract knowing he was mentally unstable and didn't disclose it to the team?
Right now at this point, it would be important to know who fucked up on that signing.
Habs fan here, Sens deserve a lot of credit, they played a far better structured game than Montreal for most of that game and honestly deserved to win. I didn’t like most of Montreal’s game last night. Tough loss.
