Scumbag move by Hutson to put that blue line there

  2. Disrepectfully_Agree

They have to do something about these refs. This is insane.

  3. fifareddit1212

    I’m blind, I’m deaf, I wanna be a ref!

  4. 1stopvac

    lol…I’m fine…ignore my eye twitching

  5. shocky2021

They should be able to review calls like these. I understand making a mistake, but ffs at least fix it right on the spot.

  6. Emotional_Rescue_198

He literally tripped over the blue line.

  7. That shit is inexcusable. I hope we don’t score on this PP

  8. Bubbles1723

Pathetic of the league to not fix this immediately!

  9. LtLemur

Every single linesman needs to be fined

  10. Lucky it was against the wild. If it would be against the golden knights or the panthers, it would’ve been a 10 minute misconduct and 3 game suspension.

  11. Gordynator

Mistaken for a Panthers game, poor ref.

  12. Rustyguts257

What a terrible call – a no contact trip?

  13. LogicalDog1492

Yeah – expedited review could’ve caught this

  14. Shaymusmcgreckor

I’ve seen enough it’s time for DoPS to issue Nazem Kadri a 38 game suspension

  15. Camdaman0530

This is up there with Tyler Motte getting his stick slashed out of his hands then getting a high sticking penalty after it bounced off the ice and hit a player in the face.

The NHLPA are going to need to bring up the ability to review penalties because this is just absolutely ridiculous and it’s been happening way too often. It’s actually insane how the refs can clearly see that this was not a trip and then Minnesota still gets a power-play out of it. Why can’t they just say “ oh, we made a mistake no penalty”.

  17. You see the way he looked at that guy? Don’t think I’d stay on my skates

  18. DocPsycho1

The Habs player obviously had an invisible rope at the blue line, thus making this a penalty!!!

  19. bravosarah

Did he just trip over the blue line! Lol

  20. bearamongus19

Using the force has been banned for a while now

  21. JonAnikis-shit

Suspend Kadri for 3 games, fine the Stars 5k for every man on the ice and change nothing regarding the refs and linesman.

  22. Takhar7

Biggest, best hockey league in the world.

    Officiated by blind toddlers.

  23. 10MinMajor4Fighting

I’d rather have them review stuff like this, than an offside-by-an-inch that had zero effect on a goal

  24. audiotecnicality

Hey, it’s tough to skate over the blue line without tripping over it.

    /s

  25. VividSchedule2791

Gonna get to the point that the NHL is gonna need to implement full VAR for every call at this point.

  26. Lisaismyfav

These are the types of calls that make me stop watching sports

  27. Antichristopher4

Aura too strong, he’s tripping people with his presence.

    He’s a menace.

  28. principaljohnny

It was only fair Canadiens won that game

  29. NhlBeerWeed

Absolutely ridiculous that they let that stand. I understand missing it in the moment because the game is fast and people make mistakes but with the instant replay they can see immediately no one even touched him. So why not call it back? So dumb

  30. bigfloppydonkeydng

This happened to Cale Makar last season. Ref called a penalty on the other team. Calle went up to the ref and told him he tripped on his own skates and it shouldn’t be a penalty. The refs huddled up and called off the penalty.
