J’ai regardé l’interview de Linus parlant de la santé mentale et c’était tellement puissant.

Nous nous demandons pourquoi les gens, en particulier les hommes, ne parlent pas de santé mentale ? La stigmatisation est forte, mais le soutien peut être plus fort.

J’ai joint le geste à la parole et j’ai fait un don de 35 $ à l’ACSM (Association canadienne pour la santé mentale) pour représenter Linus et tous ceux qui luttent en silence.
