lol you left out some key players there, Rod.
Maybe send out your best shooters and see if that does better.
It actually kinda was this season. We just sent out the right players to get the job done
Local man shoots self in foot, wonders why foot hurts

I mean we certainly weren’t bad at shootouts going into tonight. We were 4-2 in shootouts going into this game so I don’t think it’s a big expectation to score more than once on Spencer Knight in 6 rounds of the shootout
Y’all are telling me this guys gonna win us a cup? He makes the same mistakes every year
Does he have some sort of developmental disorder? It’s like they make so many correct decisions and then randomly make incredibly boneheaded ones at the same time.
I’m super worried he has no idea what it takes to beat the physical teams in the playoffs because he’s so laser focused on whatever his vision is.
Nobody in the media asked about the reasoning for the shootout choices? The one thing everyone wants to know?
Rod can be such a defeatist, I think it rubs off on our players sometimes too.
The most bizarre shootout decisions I’ve ever seen from Rod.
The first three choices for shooters were okay. I am okay with using blake, svechnikov, and then jarvis. It was once we got to rounds 4 through 6. Picking Miller in round 4 and janikowski in round 6 made absolutely no sense.
I can live with stankoven. What I do not understand is that in 6 rounds, never using Aho. I have watched Aho on countless occasions score winning goals in the shootout. So, to not use him, one time is not excusable.
No aho or ehlers in the shootout? Not an excuse use your best guys rod come on
I’m as confused this morning as Rod was last night apparently. I get being upset over the bad decisions but to the people calling for Rod’s head and saying we’ll never win a cup with him….
Do you guys think Sean Walker and Jalen Chatfield are Stanley Cup caliber 1st and 2nd pairing right side dmen? In Rod’s system, I think they have a shot, but they’re over slotted very badly on a real contender. Our 2C is playing out of position, Jordan Martinook is on our third line with 16 points…. No one but Jarvis can score goals in our bottom 6. Our 4th line is just a worse version of our 3rd line, they’re all basically grinders. But having
These aren’t the hallmarks of a team that is a Stanley Cup contender. But with the way we currently play, we have the puck most of the time so it matters less. Team makes the playoffs and usually has a good run, this is the first season it seems like we’ve actually put together the style and scoring so I’m excited to see how it goes.
It’s not your forte to pick a shootout lineup correctly last night. Let’s just go with that Rod
I remember them doing shootouts during skates and they pick from whoever was doing well, which always changes.
We’re all trying to find the guy who did this
Did anyone else think Ehlers was banged up just before the shootout?
